do-it-for-levi's!

Hi!! Hope everyone is having a great weekend I sure am!! I've been very busy though, I must study and do the laundry later :S , yet I'm glad, because this will be a short week of college since we have a mid-term break! Yep noo school for me starting Thursday it's only until Monday but it is well appreciated because that means that I can go home and will have a lot of time to spend with my family  :) Yesterday was great! I had a date night with my amazing boyfriend we went to go see Here Comes the Boom it was hilarious and surprisingly entertaining. 

Any who, every girl has their favorite pair of jeans right? 

Of course!! Mine are these amazing pair of medium waist-ed, dark washed Levi's jeans. I love them mostly because they are super comfortable and because they go with absolutely everything and look great and fit me well. Which is why I made this Levi's inspired photo shoot :)

Hello my lovely readers!! I am quite inspired today, I have had some time in my hands today so I was looking at my favorite internet site ever which is Andy's blog: Stylescrapbook . It's no secret that she is my style icon and inspires me in my outfits every.single.day. I just love her style and how impeccable it  is every time. So there I was looking over her blog and searching some of my favorite outfits of hers and came up with the idea of doing a segment here on my blog inspired by and of her. (obsession much?) haha I just can't help it so today I have decided to launch it and see how it goes. I will be posting some of my favorite looks of hers, they might be her current ones or not so current. I just have her inspire me in my every day outfits that I want every one else to be inspired as well!! :)

So Andy loves dressing up in gray (or so I've seen) at first I didn't own anything gray myself but became open to the idea while shopping and I have come to love it. So here are some of my favorite outfits of her incorporating gray in her outfits!

Hi! Well finally some cold weather reached us here in Texas! (hopefully it stays *sigh) I was so excited that it was 57 degrees out! (okay maybe not too cold but for us yes, since we almost never get cold in October only 80 degree weather!! Well anyways, I just came back from my first class of today, only two more to go later on the day. I am relaxing, enjoying my no homework-yet for today except to do some reading which I will do in a few minutes :) I am happy to just be in here cozy, waiting for my bf and listening to some Mumford and Sons before I go for some food as well. Any who, since today is quite cool I got to wear my favorite boots!!! My momma gave them to me a few months ago but couldn't quite wear them in the 90 degree weather soYAYthat I get to wear them I love them so much.

to the ranch!

Hello guys! I've been so busy with college stuff this past week, it was horribly hectic! So because of this I came home for the weekend to spend time with my family. Yesterday I went to my grandpa's house where we ate soooo much food it was crazy. I am so happy that I got to see everyone and spend a little time talking to them as well. I really don't want to go back to the university but oh well. My grandpa lives in this very cute  ranch styled house, oh yes he has lots of chickens and random sheep at times haha, I just always wanted to have a mini photo shoot here so ta dah! I know the quality sucks but it's fine I'm saving up for a new camera! I love this denim shirt I would wear it everyday if I could!! (kind of do though) I hope you have a great hopefully(long) remaining weekend!!

That amazing sense of coziness you feel when your mother hugs you when you finally go down for a visit from college.

That incredible sense you get when you think everything is going bad, then it actually turns out just fine.(words can not explain how much i LOVE this feeling at this moment.)

That fulfilling sense you get when you ask GOD to help you with something and feel relief right after, because you know everything will be ok.

That warm sense you get when you feel missed by somebody special to you.

That amazing feeling you get when you go shopping and can't seem to find a thing in the store yet end up finding an incredible piece and leave thinking of all the different ways you will wear it.

That incredible sense of comfort you have when you smell your favorite perfume fill the air.

That amazing sense when you finally feel that you belong.

That indescribable moment when you feel loved and nothing can go wrong.

My weekend has been amazing. After two long weeks of not seeing my family I came home to spend some time with them. I spent Saturday at my grandparent's house. Turns out my family from Monterrey happened to visit on the same day!! I got to spend the day with my two little cousins! They are adorable and the nicest little girls in the world. We made up a game (which included wizards, flowers, rocks, and lots of magic dust) and played for hours outside(the day was very nice and windy out.) Then we went inside and ate Mexican delicious tacos and chocolate cake! Then we played some more with them with their dollies and then told them a bed time story and then went outside again to play some more. I really don't want to go back to the university so soon, but I take these memories with me. These past few days have been incredible and times like these is why I love life and really appreciate what I have, instead of thinking about the negative things.

the best of friends...

This is my best friend Samantha! I miss her sooooo much. This girl and I have gone through EVERYTHING together. I've been with her through her most troubled times and she's been with me through mine. I love her and I want to see her, hang out with her, and have long talks with her like we used to have. She is my favorite person in the world she is hilarious,fun, and sooo pretty haha. She is my go-to person with ANYTHING!!
